Why skylights leak on Staten Island homes

Why is my skylight leaking?
In most cases it's the flashing: the metal and membrane that seal the skylight to the roof. Cracked seals, damaged glass and condensation can also look like leaks. We find out which it is before recommending anything.
How much does skylight repair cost on Staten Island?

Is condensation on my skylight a leak?
