What Staten Island homeowners say
“Called them up thinking I needed a new roof and gutters. They stopped by the same day, gave me an assessment of everything and it turns out the roof was repairable. They didn't try to pressure me into any unnecessary work. Just simply he gave me a couple of prices depending on what I decided to do. They were able to schedule the job quickly for a few days later and by the middle of the afternoon everything was done and it looks great!”
“I called for an estimate for a new roof. The price they quoted was way below two other estimates I received. I was also told that it would take 1-2 days to complete. Everything Alter Phase Contracting Inc promised was delivered. They gladly supplied me with their licensing and insurance information. The warranty is printed on my…”
“Just WOW! I expected that this would take several days, they got my new roof done in just 1 day. The guys did a thorough job, from set up to clean up. The price quoted was the price I paid, no gimmicks. True Staten Islanders. My roof looks great, couldn't be more happier. Would recommend to anyone who asks.”
“Marke and his team did an excellent job on replacing my roof! He and his brother came to my house, climbed up the roof to investigate the condition unlike other contractors which were only using a drone to take pictures. He gave me honest opinion and options for replacing my roof. Great communication and very easy to work with during…”
“I called a few roofers & Alter Phase was the only one that returned my call promptly & showed up the next day to give the estimate. They were very detailed in their explanation and immediately put me at ease. They showed up 3 days later and did the work in one day. Every worker on the job was courteous and friendly. My house now…”
“10/10 would recommend! This is the second time I've used this company, and they've been excellent both times. The first time was a few years ago for a full shingle replacement. Most recently, I called them back to repair my flat roof and gutter system after a rough winter caused pooling and a leak. They came out the very next day to…”
